I liked how inclusive this series is. Everyone can find themselves in the series. Loved the diverse cast of characters. I liked the humor. And I liked that there was a real mystery.
I liked that the book showed inclusion.
I liked the inclusiveness but the mystery was solved through disclosure rather than detection.
I liked the humor. I didn’t like how the main character was so trusting. Ending was weird.
Not well written. Lots of clichés but I did like the mystery plot. And I liked the discussion about being a woman of size.
I liked the lead character. I liked the setup and how the plot moved forward. Odelia’s character’s motivations made sense. It was a short, fun read. A little on the cliché side sometimes but I liked it overall.
I liked it. Good author and I liked the emphasis on a big woman. The writer can turn a phrase! I liked the premise of the murder. A great niche. Good read, lots of character development.
I really liked it and I liked the Odelia character and her obsession to discover things. I did not like how she put herself down for being nice to others but not herself. Quick, easy read. Great phrases.
I wasn’t expecting to like it but I did!
Why was it necessary to make her large?
I liked that there was fun in it! I liked Odelia’s personality and felt attached to her. It was a mystery–yay! A traditional mystery.
I liked it.
I hated it. Didn’t like the writing. Mystery was fine. Lots of stray information, made me not want to read it.
I didn’t like the main character or victim. Some parts were really creepy. At times overly descriptive in ways that didn’t add to the mystery. But good pacing and the mystery was good and I liked the humor.
