From Marple: Twelve New Mysteries

I don’t think Agatha Christie would have put Miss Marple in China. Story was OK. A nice/nothing read.

Weak plot. Writing was a bit simplistic. Almost a YA type story. Fine.

Okay mystery. Problems with plot.

Didn’t stand out. Wasn’t terrible but just popcorn. Not much to chew on.

I didn’t like the racial implications. Simple.

I was surprised they were able to resolve it.

Some interesting cultural information, like the chopsticks in the bowl.
