I didn’t like the characters. Why did they end up so happy families at the end? Very contrived. No likeable characters. Lack of action. But, descriptive writing that I did enjoy.

Easy to read, but people were paper dolls. Lots of extra info that was not needed. Father character was such an awful person! Ending totally unbelievable –and –the happy ending?!!? Incredulous. Still-a good read, I’m not sure why!

I liked it. I liked that it was a dysfunctional family with a piece of the puzzle. I think they were all trying to protect one another. I liked the flashbacks, timeline and table/maps. Seemed like a drama more than a mystery. Easy to guess who did it.

I liked the shifting points of view and the family with a lot of secrets. The motivation for murder wasn’t outlandish. Enjoyable read. However, it was a family drama with secrets, not a mystery.

Super fast read. The obsession with lesbianism was bizarre and made no sense. And Ryan’s anger management problem had no part in the story. Easy to figure out, no mystery. Ending hard to accept.

More of a dysfunctional family drama than mystery. Too many people. After all the hatred–then a happy ending? No way.

I liked how the physical characteristics of all were so similar-it explained a lot. Clever plotting. Easy read. Good job with setting the scene and showing a dysfunctional family.

I really struggled with this. So many characters to keep track of, and they all melded together. The chart felt like a cheat–if you give it every chapter you need to tighten the plot. Didn’t add anything. I couldn’t finish it.
