I liked it at the get-go. Wordplay, wit, dark humor. So many double meanings! Clever, intriguing on how murders were carried out. Very detailed. Sometimes the back stories dragged the pace, but how the author sliced the stories helped. Baffled by the ending.
I loved it. Humor was so smart and clever. Author is brilliant. The entire premise was so smart. Humor and characters really came to life. The second half dragged–too much detail. Writing needed an editor.
Is this a mystery? I liked the characters. This was a how-done-it. More fiction than mystery. Good sense of place.
I don’t think this was a mystery. I liked all the details.
Not such a mystery. A “did they get away with it.” I liked it, and I liked all the details.
