I loved this. Paints a really good picture of reality. Great dialogue, writing. I love Joyce and Elizabeth’s repartee. And I liked that Elizabeth was fallible in this entry of the series. I liked how the breadcrumbs for the mystery were planted. The only part I didn’t like was that everyone is so brilliant and attractive.

I love this whole series. I love the characters and so much about all the people. My only complaint is that you had to have read the previous books to make sense of this one. The ending was a bit convoluted, but these books make me SO happy!

The mystery was good but the ending was not as good. I still loved it. Clearly it’s about the relationships between the characters. Most uplifting homicide books I’ve ever read!

I liked it so much I read it twice! I liked that Joyce was more to the fore as a character this time. I just enjoy all the relationships..

Easy to read. I enjoyed it.

I am a big fan of this series. I read this book twice! I liked how the addition developed Ron and Elizabeth’s more vulnerable side. Such an amazing job portraying what new love feels like.

I like it, and liked the addition of Victor. I liked the Donna/Bogden relationship; I hope they have bigger roles next time. I liked the use of technology. I really liked the use of humor.

A bit of a troupe when a new woman love interest is involved in the crime. But I really liked the mystery and the relationships.

I liked the book. Multiple incidents when our “core 4” were deceived. Stood out to me as interesting.
